These groups can provide you with information and support about benefits, or dealing with WINZ. Your local Citizen's Advice Bureau will be able to tell you the nearest Benefit Advocacy Centre.
Rape Crisis and sexual abuse centres can provide support, counselling (phone and face-to-face), practical assistance, advocacy, and resources for women and children who are survivors of rape and/or sexual abuse. They also provide educational and training for young people, parent groups and the community at large.
